Traffic Monetization Executive


Want to join a fast-growing startup with a vital mission to improve the lives of billions all over the world? We are searching for a Traffic Monetization Executive who will be in charge of generating new revenues via the millions of people who are using our consumers’ apps and helping the company scale. This is a quota-carrying position. ** To apply, you must have at least 5 years experience in similar positions**


  • Develop content monetization strategies and model potential financial outcomes for media rights owners.
  • Work closely with the Product team to Identify content monetization opportunities and develop applicable business models.
  • Run the negotiations and manage the relationship with monetization partners (e.g., social content creators and managers, syndicators, publishers). This will include communication, data collection, performance analytics, compliance monitoring, and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to help them maximize monetization opportunities with prospects and customers.
  • Engage and onboard new content monetization partners, and manage the negotiation process end-to-end.
  • Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure effective cooperation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • Min 5 years' experience in digital advertising and in developing content monetization strategies
  • Deep understanding of the ads industry with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Proven experience working for growth stage startups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Experience in running complex projects from planning to execution with limited guidance
