Office Manager & HR Admin

Israel (Hybrid - Haifa or Tel Aviv).

BreezoMeter is looking for an Office Manager & HR Admin to join the People & Culture team. Position scope: 80%-100% | Direct report to: Head of People & Culture

  • [Office & Working Environment Responsibilities]
  • Be responsible for a professional and inviting office working environment.
  • Responsible for the facility & maintenance in a proactive manner, interfacing with maintenance vendors, real-estate office owners.
  • Be responsible for office expenses, based on a budget, e.g. office supplies, IT equipment, food & beverages, etc., and manage the stock.
  • Communicate and negotiate with office service providers, vendors, technicians, etc.
  • Team-up with travel agencies to support internal traveling abroad as well as local traveling.
  • Organize office operations and procedures, taking care of office security & swag.
  • Welcome & support visitors, new employees, and candidates.
  • [HR Admin Responsibilities] - Welfare & Employee care, Recruitment, Employee’s experience:
  • Execute employees' care, welfare activities, gifts for holidays & birthdays, awards for recognitions and HR events in a creative & inviting manner.
  • Contribute to the positive spirit and BreezoMeter’s culture.
  • Support recruitment processes for all positions in the company, including tracking & operating the internal applicant tracking system.
  • Be responsible for hiring new employees prior to the hiring date.
  • Be responsible for the HR & admin onboarding/ offboarding processes.
  • Support & take part in executing HR projects.
  • Maintain both hard and digital documentation of employees' records.
  • Support the annual performance review, engagement survey, and internal communications.
  • Execute & track individual development plans for all employees.


  • 3+ years of experience working in HR & Admin roles in a global hi-tech environment.
  • B.A in social sciences/ human services or similar degree.
  • High English skills - written & verbal.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • High quality of HR & Office plans implementation.
  • Positive thinker
