responsibilities

  • Provides support and guidance to the organization's managers
  • Handling and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Responsibility for recruitment processes, from the publication of the job description to the placement of the new employee
  • Working with Head Hunters and recruitment companies
  • Managing the process of absorbing new employees, preparing employment agreements, detailing the terms of employment
  • Managing termination of employment including hearing processes
  • Implementation of HR software and employee presence.
  • Responsibility for employee development & training plan.
  • Ongoing contact with the finance team, especially in salary matters.
  • Organization and execution of welfare days for the employees.

requirements

  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience
  • Experience in start-up companies
  • Experience in a managerial HR position in the growth process of a company
  • Full control of office applications
  • Experience in managing the performance evaluation process
  • Experience in organizational development
