Customer Success Executive - America

US

We are searching for a Customer Success Executive who will take ownership of our most important customers in the Americas. BreezoMeter is working with the leading IOT and healthcare brands in the world and looks for someone senior to manage the relationship and recognize opportunities , turning leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the Customer Success will communicate directly with clients, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong relationship and communication skills. Successful Customer Success will be a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able to share a vision, be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing tighter links.

responsibilities

  • Creating strong and long term relationships with our most key customers
  • Satisfying our customers and making sure they are very happy with our service
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Handling complaints and negotiations

requirements

  • Proven Experience for at least 5 years working in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven Experience as Customer Success Director.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
  • Proven experience working for startups
  • Client-Focused Solutions Experience and Project Management Skills
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Strong time management skills
