Business Development Manager - Automotive - Europe

(Remote position)

Do you have deep experience in the Automotive Industry

Join a dynamic start-up company that is focused on improving the lives of billions. As a business development manager, you'll identify business opportunities in order to establish new partnerships with leading OEM`s & Tier 1,2 major industry partners. 

We are looking for an automotive veteran with a vast understanding & experience with the automotive space. An expert with profound technical knowledge and experience in connected, digital services and HMI.

The role will involve strategic planning and positioning helping to enhance BreezoMeter messaging, brand, and reputation. You will manage and develop relationships with existing and future partners while supporting growth activities.

Position is open in Israel or EU.


  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services from a business and technical perspective
  • Support growth activities by opening doors to various OEM`s, stakeholders, thought leaders using various channels. 
  • Create and Manage complex deals with OEMs
  • Participating in conferences, events, and ongoing technical discussions with potential prospects.


5-10 years experience in a business-related role within the Automotive industry:

  • Extensive technical experience with HMI environment.
  • Profound knowledge in connected, digital services, HMI and automotive platforms.
  • Proven, hands-on track record of millions of dollars generated from automotive customers.
  • Track record in building relationships, partnerships, and business with automotive players (OEMs, Tier-1s, Tier 2s, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages German, French are an advantage.
  • Excellent team-player, who can mediate sensitively between C level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel, mainly to existing customers and potential prospects (around 20%)


  • Project-management experience and skills.
  • An additional language as a fluent speaker.
  • Experienced working at a start-up company.
