Strategic Project Manager

Israel (Hybrid - Haifa or TLV or Rehovot)

Description

 BreezoMeter is looking for a Senior Strategic Project Manager to lead the delivery of our solutions and products while taking ownership, maintaining relationships and communication with our most strategic partners - the biggest brands in the world, aiming to make them happy with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build positive and productive working relationships with our customers for business growth and make them happy and satisfied
  • Plan and coordinate delivery activities according to company commitment and customers expectations
  • Act as a trusted advisor, serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • Work internally with multiple stakeholders - Customer Success, Sales, Product, R&D, Chief Scientist Office and Marketing in order to provide the best service possible
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
  • Handle complaints and product negotiations
  • Work closely with the product team to define ad-hoc and GA products and blend them into the company’s roadmap
  • Lead ad-hoc solutions requirements and innovation
  • Identify new business, features, and products opportunities
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience for at least 5 years working in growth stage B2B SaaS successful company (startup is advantage)
  • Proven experience for at least 5 years as a Project Manager managing Global Strategic customers
  • Experienced with customer-facing software product and solutions delivery with Global customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Experience managing data and algorithm-focused products
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and API delivery
  • Being tech-savvy with a strong ability to understand technical aspects and their relevance to the marketplace
  • Passion and energy to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to understand client needs and identify new opportunities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Fluent English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in Digital HealthCare companies - advantage
  • Proven experience in Digital Automotive companies - advantage
